As first-time homebuyer, my husband and I are very nervous and worried finding a good agent. Luckily, we have Michael Zaldivar as our agent. It was our great pleasure to be working with him. From our first meeting up to the closing day, he was always there for us. He was very supportive and responsive. He was one call away every time we have questions and he also provides great advices. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. He makes sure that we do understand everything that the builder tells us before closing the deal with them. Importantly, he walked us through in every process of buying a house. Finding our dream house wasn’t impossible because we have Michael who made the entire journey seamless. I greatly recommend him for anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a house.
